转学至密苏里申请流程
How to apply to transfer to Springfield?
一、 先决条件
1. 咨询本年级辅导员，确定下学期是否可以转至密苏里学习，确保在辽师方面的所有手续可以正常办理。
2. GPA须达到2.0以上。
1. Prerequisites
a. Talk to your supervisor, or talk to Michael Wang if you’re an international student, making sure that you’ll be allowed to transfer next semester.
b. You must obtain an overall GPA of 2.0 or above.
二、网上申请
https://prodssb.missouristate.edu/prod/bwskalog.P_DispLoginNon
1. 打开页面后，点击
2. 创建用户名和密码，进入后选择
3. 开始逐页逐项填写信息
4. 检查所填信息无误后，点击
5. 成功申请后最后会出现确认页（Confirmation Page）
2. Online application

a. Click 
b. Create a login ID and 6-digit password
c. Fill out forms on each page with necessary information.
d. Double check your information, then click
e. You will receive a Confirmation Page when your application is successful.
三、准备以下材料：
1.存款证明复印件一份
具体要求：
Ø 银行不限，存款金额要达到20万元人民币以上。
Ø 存款要保证半年以上的有效期。
Ø 在存款证明上方空白处写明学生M号和姓名，例如，M00012345 Zhang Xiaolei；
Ø （为保护隐私）请用黑笔划掉存款账号。
2.填写《国际学生财产资助声明表》和《资助人财产声明表》表格下载地址http://international.missouristate.edu/assets/eli/FS_2010.pdf
Ø 填写清晰无误；
Ø 用黑色签字笔填写；
Ø 在右上角空白处写明学生M号和姓名， 例如，M00012345 Zhang Xiaolei
3. Documents
① Bank Deposit Statement(hard copy)
a. The amount of money should be no less than $25,000.
b. The amount of money should be at least a half year term deposit.
c. Write the applicant’s name and bearpass number on the top of the statement.
d. Blur the account number on the statement for privacy concerns.
② Fill out Sponsor’s Statement of Financial Support and International Student Statement of Financial Support
Download and fill out the two forms at

Ø Write the applicant’s name and bearpass number on the top.
